I’ve used dozens of authenticators over the years. In fact, when I search for the word AUTH on my phone, I get eight hits—they’re all painful to use and don’t verify somebody’s identity. This is the only application that combines verified identity with phishing/resistant passwordless authentication, and the experience is super fast and self-evident, requiring no user training. Keep up the great work!

The app in its primary function works just fine. However, the app developers don’t take enough care in working through all the used cases that they support for their clients. I am constantly asked to enable push notifications for the app, even though my company has decided not to use the push notification feature of the service. This is extremely annoying as each time I open the app before I can log into work. I have to press their button which navigate me to the settings and then navigate back to the app. Things like this should be addressed in a professional app.

I have been seeing the same “Error: Request has expired” message on phone and iPad. The message is undescriptive and unhelpful. Which request has expired? When did it expire and what are the next steps for me? Going to ‘Support’ link on the website is equally unhelpful as it asks me to log in to 1Kosmos Service Desk for which I do not have an account. The chat service is equally unhelpful with “We’re away right now, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible”. Do you have hours? How long do I need to wait? I am left frustrated with this beyond unpleasant experience.
